How to enter:

1. Make sure you have a Carbon Poker account tracked through RTR or one if our partners
2. OPT IN for the promotion by logging in and clicking the banner in your RTR members area.
   Note: If you do not Opt in, you will get zip, nada, zero!
3. Start Raking as soon as possible and try and reach the following targets within the 90 days

Prizes:

• Rake $600 in 90 days - Receive an iPod shuffle worth $70
• Rake $1,800 in 90 days - Receive an iPod shuffle + Kindle worth $215 total
• Rake $4,500 -  Receive an iPod shuffle + Kindle + Digital Ixus 130 Camera worth $550 total

Terms & Conditions:

1. YOU MUST OPT IN FOR THIS PROMOTION. IF YOU DO NOT OPT IN YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZE OR CASH. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU RAKE. OPT IN OR GET NADA!
2. This gift promotion is for RTR Group members only. You must be a member of RT or one of its room partners in order to enter the competition or receive a prize.
3. Promotion dates are 1st Feb - 30th April 2012
4. All gifts will be ordered within 2 months of the end of the promotion period. The gifts will be sent to the player's registered RTR Group account address. It is the customer's own responsibility that the address is updated. We will notify each winner of the date the products were ordered for them. If the gift(s) has not arrived within 8 weeks of that date, the customer should notify help@raketherake.com to investigate the whereabouts of the gift. Any additional cost for shipping caused by wrong details will be charged to the player.
5. Only rake generated within each designated and specific promotion and qualifying dates and registered by Carbon Poker will count towards the promotion
6. RTR Group reserves the right to send out a gift in any colour as long as it holds the following specification - iPod shuffle - Kindle - Digital Ixus 130 Camera - iPad 32GB 3G Wi-Fi
7. Please note we will try to source the gifts in the country of the winning players but in some instances we will have to purchase the gifts in the UK and so they may have a UK plug. Therefore a local adapter may be required at the winner's expense.
8. It is the players own responsibility to pay any custom duties, taxes and storage charges incurred in the customers home country.
9. By entering these promotions, you give permission for RTR Group to pass your details to any third party supplier of the gifts so they may contact you in the event that you win a prize. If you do not win anything in this promotion, your details will not be passed on without your explicit permission.
10. If you are a winner and you do not have your delivery address confirmed after 3 attempts, you will be automatically credited with the substitute cash alternative
11. All winners may elect to receive cash instead of gifts to the following values - iPod shuffle $50 - Kindle $100 - Digital Ixus 130 Camera $210 - iPad 32GB 3G Wi-Fi $500
12. If players win multiple gifts they must either choose to receive all the gifts or all cash alternatives. They cannot receive a mixture of cash and gifts
13. Award of gifts is subject to availability, and RTR Group reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute the award of all gifts for cash.
14. Payments of cash alternatives will be made within 2 months of the end of the promotion period direct to the player's Carbon account.
15. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions stated before any prizes are processed.
16. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the RTR Group management will be considered full and final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. We reserve the right to bar any promotion abusers from receiving any further promotions. Abusing includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts at poker rooms where they have an existing account in order to avail themselves of easier qualification criteria. In the event that a player does, RTR reserves the right not to award an iPad to that player and ban them from future promotions.
18. If you are a winner you agree to RTR Group contacting you by email or by phone to verify details.
19. RTR Group reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions at any time, without notice to players. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being published on the RTR Group websites. It is the players' sole responsibility to review the rules, policies and conditions, and remain abreast of any changes. All conditions are additional to the regular terms and conditions of Armchair Partners Ltd.
